Products > Traditional Tea Brack
I learned to bake with my grandmother and it started with tea brack. I vividly remember the formica table, the mason Cash bowl, the Campbells loose leaf tea - (which had to be lukewarm to properly soak the fruit).
I continue the tradition, soaking the fruit for the brack in Barry's Tea for about 24 hours before mixing and baking the brack.
All you need to add is the cuppa and some good Irish butter!

Traditional Tea Brack
Inspired by my grandmother's recipe, this Traditional Tea Brack is made by first soaking the fruit in Barry's Tea for at least 24hours to ensure it is going to be nice and moist - you'll just need the good Irish butter and of course a cuppa to go with it!
